Terms and Conditions apply to K1 dog relay
1. Only dogs whose vaccinations have been proven before starting can take part in courses and training. These include rabies, in accordance with the current rabies regulation, parvovirus, distemper, Hcc and leptospirosis; if possible also "kennel cough".
2. The undersigned assures that there is a valid liability insurance for the dog. The dog owner is liable for all damage caused by his / her dog during the training.
The undersigned undertakes to personally assume liability in the event of damage, even if a third party takes part in this training for him.
3. It is agreed that K1-Hundestaffel Augsburg, Isabel Marie Heinfling and the trainer team assume no liability for personal injury, property damage or financial loss caused by the use of the exercises shown, as well as for damage caused by participating dogs and thus can neither be used by the dog owner nor by third parties.
The undersigned participant will notify any accompanying person of the disclaimer. Participation or attendance of the training, game and counseling hours as well as all other dog relay events is at your own risk.
3.a The rules of conduct of the K1 dog relay are binding.
4. The participation fee is to be paid in advance for the entire agreed class.
5. The participant must cancel or postpone an agreed individual appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If this is not done or later, the lesson will be charged.
6. The trainer reserves the right to cancel lessons in urgent cases. Of course, this lesson will be rescheduled.
7. If the participant withdraws after registration or if the agreed lessons are terminated prematurely, no course fees will be reimbursed.
8. The course instructors reserve the right to cancel classes at their own discretion. In such cases, the tuition fee will be reimbursed pro rata.
9. The K1 dog team reserves the right to take photos and film recordings for advertising and information purposes. If a participant does not agree to this, he must expressly notify the K1 dog team in writing.
10. A guarantee of success cannot be given, since success depends on the participant.
11. Registration and participation fee
Your registration will be binding for both sides with our confirmation of registration.
With our registration confirmation you will receive prompt information about the course of the seminar and the invoice. This is due before the seminar begins, net cash within 8 days after receipt of the invoice.
Services that are not fully used will not be reimbursed.
12. Cancellation of a booked seminar / course / workshop
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation up to 6 calendar weeks before the start of the seminar is free of charge, after that we charge 50% of the seminar fee.
From 2 weeks before the start of the seminar, we charge the full fee, also in the event of no show or without timely cancellation. Cancellation is any withdrawal, including illness and postponement.
The cancellation fee does not apply if you register a replacement participant.
The costs for meals and accommodation are exclusive.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the place of performance is the registered office of the K1 dog team. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
14. Should individual clauses of the terms and conditions be legally ineffective, the remaining points remain unaffected.
We assure you not to pass your data on to third parties and to use them only for your information about innovations, offers and events from the K1 dog season.
The trainer and his helpers of the K1 dog relay serve as help and support. Your advice and recommendations do not release me from my responsibility as a dog handler. The dog runs free at his own responsibility. I am aware of the dangers involved. The applicable regulations of the city of Augsburg for dog owners as well as the road traffic regulations are valid.
